Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the instrument panel (IP) cluster trim plate. Refer to Instrument Cluster Trim Panel Replacement

  2. Object Number: 326089  Size: SH
  3. Remove the IP cluster retaining bolts.
  4. Rotate the top of the cluster rearward and disengage the locating pins on the bottom of the cluster at the IP.

  5. Object Number: 326091  Size: SH
  6. Disconnect the electrical connector and remove the IP cluster.

Installation Procedure

  1. Connect the electrical connector.

  2. Object Number: 326089  Size: SH
  3. Install the IP cluster, position the locating pins on the bottom of the cluster to the pin receivers in the instrument panel (IP).
  4. Notice: Use the correct fastener in the correct location. Replacement fasteners must be the correct part number for that application. Fasteners requiring replacement or fasteners requiring the use of thread locking compound or sealant are identified in the service procedure. Do not use paints, lubricants, or corrosion inhibitors on fasteners or fastener joint surfaces unless specified. These coatings affect fastener torque and joint clamping force and may damage the fastener. Use the correct tightening sequence and specifications when installing fasteners in order to avoid damage to parts and systems.

  5. Install the IP cluster retaining bolts.
  6. Tighten
    Tighten the IP cluster bolts to 2 N·m (18 lb in).

  7. Install the IP cluster trim plate. Refer to Instrument Cluster Trim Panel Replacement
