Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the front fender liners. Refer to Front Fender Liner Replacement in Body Front End.

    2. Object Number: 428418 Size: SH
  2. Remove the bolts from the front bumper fascia side supports at the bottom of the fender.
  3. Remove the bolts from the front bumper fascia side supports at the radiator support.
  4. Remove the front bumper fascia side supports from the front bumper fascia.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 428418 Size: SH
  1. Install the front bumper fascia side supports to the front bumper fascia.

    2. Notice: Use the correct fastener in the correct location. Replacement fasteners must be the correct part number for that application. Fasteners requiring replacement or fasteners requiring the use of thread locking compound or sealant are identified in the service procedure. Do not use paints, lubricants, or corrosion inhibitors on fasteners or fastener joint surfaces unless specified. These coatings affect fastener torque and joint clamping force and may damage the fastener. Use the correct tightening sequence and specifications when installing fasteners in order to avoid damage to parts and systems.

  2. Install the front bumper fascia side support bolts at the radiator support.

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the front bumper fascia side supports bolts to 10 N·m (89 lb in).

  3. Install the bolts from the front bumper fascia side support to the bottom of the fender.

    4. Tighten
    Tighten the front bumper fascia side support bolts to 10 N·m (89 lb in).

  4. Install the front fender liners. Refer to Front Fender Liner Replacement in Body Font End.
