1. Remove the rear door trim panel. Refer to Rear Side Door Trim Panel Replacement .



2. remove the rear door water deflector from the rear door inner panel.

Important: A clear waterproof sound deadener deflector seals the door inner panel. Pressure-sensitive adhesive located on the outboard surface of the deflector secures the deflector to the door inner panel. The deflector may be peeled back as needed in order to service the door components.

1. Position the rear door water deflector to the rear door inner panel.

Align the hook pockets with the trim hook holes in the rear door inner panel.

2. Press the rear door water deflector to the rear door inner panel until fully seated..
3. Install the rear door trim panel. Refer to Rear Side Door Trim Panel Replacement .
