Removal Procedure
  1. Lower the front door window to the half way position to gain access to the front door window bolts.
  2. Remove the front door water deflector. Refer to Front Side Door Window Adjustment .
  3. Remove the front door inner belt sealing strip. Refer to Front Side Door Window Belt Inner Sealing Strip Replacement .

    4. Object Number: 315825 Size: MH
  4. Remove the front door window bolts (2).

    5. Object Number: 315823 Size: SH
  5. Remove the front door window from the front door.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 315823 Size: SH
  1. Position the front door window into the front door.
  2. Align the holes in the front door window with the holes in the window regulator. Ensure that both sealing lips on the front door outer belt sealing strip are not rolled over and pointing downward. If this condition is present, the window will not raise correctly.

    3. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 315825 Size: MH
  3. Install the front door window bolts (2).

    4. Tighten
    Tighten the bolts to 10 N·m (89 lb in).

  4. Install the front door inner belt sealing strip. Refer to Front Side Door Window Belt Inner Sealing Strip Replacement .
  5. Adjust the front door window as necessary. Refer to Front Side Door Window Adjustment .
  6. Install the front door water deflector. Refer to Front Side Door Water Deflector Replacement .
