The air inlet valve is partially open.

1. The air inlet valve should close properly in all modes except A/C air conditioning mode.
2. Make repairs as necessary.

The side door seals are damaged or missing.

1. Inspect all of the door seals.
2. Repair or replace faulty seals as necessary.
