Inspect fuse D1-D2.

Is the fuse open?

Repair a short to ground in circuit 539.

Is the repair complete?

Go to Diagnostic System Check - Lighting Systems

1. Turn the ignition switch to the RUN position.
2. Using a test light, backprobe between C201 terminal E7 and ground.

Does the test light illuminate?

Go to Step 5

Go to Step 4

Repair a poor connection or an open in circuit 539.

Is the repair complete?

--

Go to Diagnostic System Check - Lighting Systems

1. Place the turn signal switch in either the TURN LEFT position or the TURN RIGHT position.
2. Using a test light, backprobe between the hazard lamp/turn signal flasher harness connector terminal A1 and ground.

Does the test light illuminate?

Go to Step 7

Go to Step 6

Repair a poor connection or an open in circuit 1508.

Is the repair complete?

--

Go to Diagnostic System Check - Lighting Systems

Replace the turn signal switch. Refer to Multifunction Turn Signal Lever Replacement - On Vehicle in Steering Wheel and Column - Tilt.
