A power sunroof (CF5 option) is available with the following features:

    • A sliding window panel
    • A manually operated sunshade

The power sunroof will operate with the ignition switch in ACCY, ON and in Retained Accessory Power (RAP). For more information on RAP refer to Retained Accessory Power (RAP) Operation in Retained Accessory Power. The power sunroof is electrically operated from a 2 position rocker type switch. The rocker type switch is located in the center of the windshield header area. The sunroof has both manual and express features for operating the sliding glass. The sunroof glass may be moved by switch control to any of the following positions:

    • Express open
    • Fully close
    • Vent open

Express Open

In order to open the power sunroof, press the sunroof switch rearward twice and the glass and sunshade will slide fully open. During this operation you can press the sunroof switch in either direction in order to stop the glass in a desired position.

Fully Close

In order to close the power sunroof, press and hold the sunroof switch forward until the sunroof motor stops at the fully closed position or until a desired position is reached. In order to close the sunshade the sunroof will have to manually slide forward.

Vent Open

You can perform this procedure only when the sunroof is in the fully closed position. In order to open the power sunroof to the vent position, press the sunroof switch rearward once and the glass moves to the vent position. From the vent position you can slide the glass to either the express open position or to the close position.
