Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the recliner handle. Refer to Driver Seat and Passenger Seat Recliner Handle Replacement .

  2. Object Number: 305125  Size: SH
  3. Remove the finish panel screws.
  4. Pull the finish panel away from the seat cushion frame to disengage the fastener clips. DISCARD THE CLIPS.
  5. Remove the power seat switch electrical connector, if equipped.
  6. Remove the finish panel from the seat.

Installation Procedure


    Object Number: 305125  Size: SH
  1. Install the finish panel to the seat.
  2. Install NEW clips onto the finish panel.
  3. Install the power seat switch electrical connector, if equipped.
  4. Press the finish panel onto the seat frame.
  5. Notice: Use the correct fastener in the correct location. Replacement fasteners must be the correct part number for that application. Fasteners requiring replacement or fasteners requiring the use of thread locking compound or sealant are identified in the service procedure. Do not use paints, lubricants, or corrosion inhibitors on fasteners or fastener joint surfaces unless specified. These coatings affect fastener torque and joint clamping force and may damage the fastener. Use the correct tightening sequence and specifications when installing fasteners in order to avoid damage to parts and systems.

  6. Install the finish panel screws.
  7. Tighten
    Tighten the finish panel screws to 3 N·m (27 lb in).

  8. Install the recliner handle. Refer to Driver Seat and Passenger Seat Recliner Handle Replacement .
