Loose/worn joints from the column to the steering gear

1. Inspect the joints from the column to the steering gear for correct torque. Refer to Intermediate Steering Shaft Replacement .
2. Replace the joints from the column to the steering gear if necessary. Refer to Intermediate Steering Shaft Replacement

Loose power steering gear

Tighten the power steering gear mounting bolts to specifications. Refer to Steering Gear Replacement

Loose tie rods

1. Inspect the tie rods.Refer to Rack and Pinion Outer Tie Rod End Replacement
2. Replace the outer tie rods if necessary. Refer to Rack and Pinion Outer Tie Rod End Replacement

Worn wheel bearings

Replace the hub and bearing assemblies. Refer to Front Wheel Drive Shaft Bearing Replacement in Front Suspension.
