1. Loosen the two 13 mm door side hinge bolts. Do not remove the bolts.
2. Adjust the door up or down and in or out by repositioning the door as necessary.

Important: Locite® Blue GM P/N 12345382 or equivalent should be used prior to the fastener installation.

Tighten the two 13 mm door side hinge bolts.

Notice: Use the correct fastener in the correct location. Replacement fasteners must be the correct part number for that application. Fasteners requiring replacement or fasteners requiring the use of thread locking compound or sealant are identified in the service procedure. Do not use paints, lubricants, or corrosion inhibitors on fasteners or fastener joint surfaces unless specified. These coatings affect fastener torque and joint clamping force and may damage the fastener. Use the correct tightening sequence and specifications when installing fasteners in order to avoid damage to parts and systems.

Tighten
Tighten the (13 mm hex head) door side hinge bolts to 33 N·m (24 lb ft).

1. Loosen the two 13 mm body side hinge bolts (1).
2. Loosen the one 10 mm cone adjuster (2) body side hinge bolt.



3. Adjust the door fore and aft by repositioning the door as necessary.

1. Tighten one 10 mm cone adjuster body side hinge bolt.

Tighten
Tighten the cone adjuster body side hinge bolt to 10 N·m (89 lb in).

Important: Locite® Blue GM P/N 12345382 or equivalent should be used prior to the fastener installation.

2. Install the two 13 mm body side hinge bolts.

Tighten
Tighten the body side hinge bolt to 33 N·m (24 lb ft).
