WINDOW REGULATORS RETURNED FOR EVALUATION HAVE SHOWN THAT COMPLETE ASSEMBLIES ARE BEING REPLACED WHEN ONLY THE DRIVE TAPE IS DAMAGED DRIVE TAPES, AS WELL AS OTHER REGULATOR COMPONANTS, ARE SERVICED AS INDIVIDUAL PARTS.
