ELC WIRING ON SOME DIESEL C-CARS ON SOME DIESEL C-CARS, THE ELECTRONIC LEVEL CONTROL WIRING IN THE RELAY CENTER MAY BE INCORRECT, CAUSING THE COMPRESSOR TO RUN CONTINUOUSLY.
