DIESEL GENERATOR DRIVE BELT APPLICATIONS

A NEW NON COG 4-PLY GENERATOR BELT HAS BEEN USED ON DIESEL ENGINES SINCE THE START OF 1981 PRODUCTION. THE NEW BELT P/N 22511772 SHOULD BE USED ON 1980 DIESEL ENGINES WITH SMALL GENERATOR PULLEY WHICH IS 2.4" OUTSIDE DIAMETER. THE NEW BELT P/N 22511773 SHOULD BE USED ON 1980 & 81 DIESEL ENGINES WITH LARGE GENERATOR PULLEY WHICH IS 2.6" OUTSIDE DIAMETER. THE NEW BELTS HAVE MUCH BETTER DURABILITY THAN THE OLDER TYPE BELT.
