SMALL VOIDS (HOLES) IN THE SUNROOF TINT FILM CAN BE CAUSED BY THE PRESENCE OF DUST ON THE GLASS WHEN THE TINT IS APPLIED. DURING NORMAL GLASS CLEANING THESE DUST SPECKS ARE WIPED OFF LEAVING A VOID (HOLE) IN THE TINT FILM. REVISED AIR PURIFICATION AND GLASS CLEANING HAS CORRECTED THIS CONDITION IN PRODUCTION. THERE IS NO SERVICE CORRECTION FOR THIS CONDITION OTHER THAN REPLACING THE PANEL. ONLY THOSE PANELS NOT MEETING THE FOLLOWING SPECIFICATIONS SHOULD BE REPLACED: 1. 1.25MM (.050") VOID - ONE FOR WHOLE GLASS PANEL 2. .75MM (.030") VOID - NO MORE THAN FOUR WIDELY SEPARATED 3. LESS THAN .75MM (.30") VOID - NO MORE THAN FIVE 4. SMALLER THAN .015MM (.0060") VOID - SEVERAL ACCEPTABLE.
