The information given in "Chart A" of the C.C.O.T. System Air Conditioning Diagnosis on Insufficient Cooling is incomplete in Section 1B of the 1988, 1989 and 1990 Electra/Park Avenue and LeSabre service manuals.

Please use the new chart on the reverse side of this bulletin to revise chart on page 1B-7 in the involved service manuals.
