ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS MANUAL UPDATE

MODELS AFFECTED: 1989 LESABRE, ELECTRA/PARK AVENUE

Please make the following changes in your copy of the 1989 Electrical Systems Manual (ESM).

ELECTRONIC AIR CONDITIONING (C68)

On page 377 of the ESM, Test D illustrates an incorrect diagnostic step. Replace Test D with the new Test D which accompanies this bulletin.

WIPER/WASHER ------------ In the drawing for Step 6 of the Wiper Motor Module Bench Test on Page 118 of the 1989 ESM, do the following:

1. Break the line going between connector C1, Pin F, and the splice point.

2. Draw in a 500 k-ohm resistor where you broke the line.
