Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 1860992 Size: SH
  1. Remove the fuel injector sight shield. Refer to Fuel Injector Sight Shield Replacement .
  2. Remove the intake manifold insulator. Refer to Intake Manifold Insulator Replacement .
  3. Disconnect the positive crankcase ventilation (PCV) fresh air pipe from the intake manifold.
  4. Disconnect the PCV air pipe from the camshaft cover.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1860992 Size: SH
  1. Connect the PCV air pipe to the camshaft cover valve.
  2. Connect the PCV air pipe to the intake manifold.
  3. Remove the intake manifold insulator. Refer to Intake Manifold Insulator Replacement .
  4. Install the fuel injector sight shield. Refer to Fuel Injector Sight Shield Replacement .
