Engine Mount Vacuum Hose Replacement Front Mount

Removal Procedure

1. Raise and support vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle.
2. Remove the vacuum hose (1) from the vacuum hose fitting (2).
3. Remove the vacuum hose (1) from the engine mount (3).

Installation Procedure

1. Install the vacuum hose (1) to the engine mount (3).
2. Install the vacuum hose (1) to the vacuum hose fitting (2).
3. Lower the vehicle.

Engine Mount Vacuum Hose Replacement Rear Mount

Removal Procedure

1. Raise and support vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle.



2. Remove the vacuum hose (1) from the rear engine mount vacuum fitting (2).



3. Remove the vacuum hose (1) from 3 vacuum hose retaining clips (2).



4. Remove the vacuum hose (1) from the fitting (2) on the vacuum tank.
5. Remove vacuum hose from vehicle.

Installation Procedure

1. Position vacuum hose in place.
2. Install the vacuum hose (1) to the fitting (2) on the vacuum tank.



3. Install the vacuum hose (1) into 3 vacuum hose retaining clips (2).



4. Install the vacuum hose (1) to the rear engine mount vacuum fitting (2).
5. Lower the vehicle.

Engine Mount Vacuum Hose Replacement Trans Mount

Removal Procedure

1. Raise and support vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle.
2. Remove the vacuum hose (1) from the vacuum hose clip (2).
3. Remove the vacuum hose (1) from the engine mount (3).



4. Remove the vacuum hose (1) from the vacuum hose clips (2).
5. Remove the vacuum hose (1) from the vacuum hose fitting (3).
6. Remove the vacuum hose.

Installation Procedure

1. Install the vacuum hose (1) into the vacuum hose fitting (3).
2. Install the vacuum hose (1) in the vacuum hose clips (2).



3. Install the vacuum hose (1) to the engine mount (3).
4. Install the vacuum hose (1) in the vacuum hose clip (2).
5. Lower the vehicle.

Engine Mount Vacuum Hose Replacement Vent Hose

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the vacuum hose (1) from the vacuum hose retaining clip (2).
2. Raise and support vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle.



3. Disconnect the vacuum hose (1) from vacuum line fitting (2).
4. Remove vacuum hose (1).



5. Remove the vacuum hose (1) from 3 vacuum hose retaining clips (2).



6. Remove the vacuum hose (1) from the vacuum tank fitting (2).
7. Remove vacuum hose (1).

Installation Procedure

1. Install the vacuum hose (1) onto the vacuum tank fitting (2).



2. Install the vacuum hose (1) into 3 vacuum hose retaining clips (2).



3. Position vacuum hose (1) in place.
4. Connect the vacuum hose (1) to vacuum line fitting (2).



5. Lower the vehicle.
6. Install the vacuum hose (1) to the vacuum hose retaining clip (2).

Engine Mount Vacuum Hose Replacement Intake Manifold

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the fuel injector sight shield. Refer to Lower Intake Manifold Replacement.
2. Remove the vacuum hose (1) from the intake manifold fitting (2).



3. Raise and support vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle.
4. Remove the vacuum hose (1) from the vacuum hose retaining clip (2).



5. Separate the intake manifold vacuum hose (1) to vacuum tank vacuum hose (2).
6. Remove vacuum hose (1).



7. Remove the vacuum hose (1) from 3 vacuum hose retaining clips (2).



8. Remove the vacuum hose (1) from the vacuum tank fitting (2).

Installation Procedure

1. Install the vacuum hose (1) to the vacuum tank fitting (2).



2. Install the vacuum hose (1) into 3 vacuum hose retaining clips (2).



3. Connect the intake manifold vacuum hose (1) to vacuum tank vacuum hose (2).
4. Lower the vehicle.



5. Install the vacuum hose (1) in the vacuum hose retaining clip (2).



6. Connect the vacuum hose (1) to the intake manifold fitting (2).
7. Install the fuel injector sight shield. Refer to Lower Intake Manifold Replacement.
