  1. Disconnect and remove the fresh air positive crankcase ventilation (PCV) hose from the left camshaft cover fitting.

    2. Object Number: 1864751 Size: SH
  2. Remove the rear intake manifold insulator.

    3. Object Number: 1864752 Size: SH
  3. Disconnect and remove the dirty air PCV hose from the intake manifold and the right camshaft cover fitting.

    4. Object Number: 1864753 Size: SH
  4. Remove the front intake manifold insulator.

    5. Object Number: 1864754 Size: SH
  5. Disconnect and remove the intake manifold-to-solenoid evaporative emission (EVAP) hose from the intake manifold and from the EVAP solenoid.

    6. Object Number: 1864755 Size: SH
  6. Remove the EVAP solenoid bolt.

    7. Object Number: 1864756 Size: SH
  7. Remove the EVAP solenoid.

    8. Object Number: 1864757 Size: SH
  8. Remove the right intake manifold insulator bolts.

    9. Object Number: 1864758 Size: SH
  9. Remove the right intake manifold insulator.

    10. Object Number: 1864759 Size: SH
  10. Remove the left intake manifold insulator bolts.

    11. Object Number: 1864760 Size: SH
  11. Remove the left intake manifold insulator.

    12. Object Number: 1864761 Size: SH
  12. Remove the long intake manifold bolts.

    13. Object Number: 1864763 Size: SH
  13. Remove the short intake manifold bolts.

    14. Object Number: 1864764 Size: SH
  14. Remove the intake manifold assembly.

    15. Object Number: 1864766 Size: SH
  15. Remove and discard the lower intake manifold gasket.
