Remove the front bumper fascia. Refer to Front Bumper Fascia Replacement.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

Fender Brace Screw to Headlamp

Tighten
2 N·m (18 lb in)

Headlamp Horizontal and Vertical Adjustment Nuts (Qty: 2)

Procedure

1. Set the cam adjusting nuts to the nominal setting of 6 turns off fully seated prior to installing the new headlamp assembly.
2. Check the front bumper fascia to headlamp finish fit and adjust the cam nuts accordingly to achieve an even fit.

Headlamp Assembly

Procedure

1. Gently pull forward the headlamp assembly.
2. Disconnect the forward lamp harness from the headlamp assembly electrical connector.
3. Remove the headlamp from vehicle.

Preliminary Procedure

Headlamp Assembly

Procedure

Pull outward on the housing in order to disconnect the electrical connection at the lower rear edge of the lamp.

Electrical Harness Connector

Procedure

Disconnect the electrical connector from the headlamp assembly.
