Makes 🢒 Buick 🢒 2009 🢒 Enclave 🢒 Engine 🢒 Engine Mechanical - 2.8L, 3.0L, 3.2L, or 3.6L 🢒 Exhaust Manifold Installation - Left Side

    Object Number: 1838528 Size: SH
  1. Install a NEW left exhaust manifold gasket.

    2. Object Number: 1838524 Size: SH
  2. Install the left exhaust manifold.

    3. Object Number: 1838522 Size: SH
  3. Loosely install the left exhaust manifold upper bolts into the left cylinder head.

    4. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 1838505 Size: SH
  4. Loosely install the left exhaust manifold lower bolts into the left cylinder head.
  5. Tighten the left exhaust manifold bolts to 25 N·m (18 lb ft)..

    6. Object Number: 1838495 Size: SH
  6. Place the left exhaust manifold heat shield in position.

    7. Object Number: 1838489 Size: SH
  7. Install the exhaust manifold heat shield bolts and tighten to 10 N·m (89 lb in).
