Preliminary Procedures

1. Partially remove the underhood electrical center and wiring harnesses to gain access. Refer to Underhood Electrical Center or Junction Block Replacement .
2. Remove the fuel injector sight shield. Refer to Fuel Injector Sight Shield Replacement .
3. Remove the intake manifold insulator. Refer to Intake Manifold Insulator Replacement .
4. Disconnect the intake manifold tuning valve electrical harness connector.

Tighten
10 N·m (89 lb in)
