The following diagnosis might be helpful if the vehicle exhibits the symptom(s) described in this PI.
Condition/Concern:
The vehicle may have a concern of an oil leak at the transmission axle seal or case to converter housing gasket.
Recommendation/Instructions:
Engineering is currently investigating the cause of an oil leak at the transmission axle seal and case to converter housing gasket and would like to have the opportunity to inspect vehicles with this concern in Michigan, Ohio or Indiana.
