  1. Disconnect the electric air inlet actuator.
  2. Place the ignition switch in the RUN position.
  3. Using a test lamp, probe between the electric air inlet actuator connector terminal 5 and ground. Refer to Circuit Testing in Wiring Systems.

Using a test lamp, probe the electric air inlet actuator connector terminals 7 and 5. Refer to Circuit Testing in Wiring Systems.

Repair the poor connection or open in circuit 241 between the electric air inlet actuator connector terminal 5 and S264. Refer to Wiring Repairs or Connector Repairs in Wiring Systems.

  1. Set the heater-A/C control to the air recirculation position.
  2. Using a test lamp, probe the electric air inlet actuator connector terminal 6 and ground. Refer to Circuit Testing in Wiring Systems.

Repair the poor connection or open in circuit 150 between the electric air inlet actuator connector terminal 7 and S213. Refer to Wiring Repairs or Connector Repairs in Wiring Systems.

Using a test lamp, probe the heater-A/C control connector C2 terminal H and ground. Refer to Circuit Testing in Wiring Systems.

Repair the poor connection or open in circuit 684 between the heater-A/C control connector C2 terminal H and the electric air inlet actuator connector terminal 6. Refer to Wiring Repairs or Connector Repairs in Wiring Systems.

Using a test lamp, probe the heater-A/C control connector C2 terminal K and B+. Refer to Circuit Testing in Wiring Systems.

Is the test lamp on?

  1. Turn the ignition switch to the OFF position.
  2. Reconnect all connectors/components removed.
  3. Operate the system in order to verify the repair.
