Tools Required

J 38778 Door Trim Pad and Garnish Clip Remover.

1. Open and suitably support the hood.



2. Use J 38778 to remove the clips from the hood insulator.
3. Pull the hood insulator from the tabs in the hood inner panel.
4. Remove the hood insulator from the hood.

1. Align the hood insulator to the hood.
2. Tuck the hood insulator into the tabs in the hood inner panel.
3. Install the push-in retainers to the hood insulator.
4. Close the hood.
