J 38864 Counterbalance Spring Removal and Installation Tool

1. Use the J 38864 to remove the counterbalance spring.



2. Remove the handle from the regulator.

1. Install the handle clip to the handle.

Ensure the open end is down.

2. Firmly seat the handle to the regulator shaft.
