Front Side Door Inside Handle Replacement for Buick GL7 (Export) 2000

1. Remove the front door trim panel. Refer to Door Trim Panel Replacement .
2. Remove the front door water deflector. Refer to Front Side Door Water Deflector Replacement .



3. Remove the front door inside handle spring from its retainer clip.



4. Unsnap the front door inside handle from the lock module.



5. Gently pull back on the Handle Assembly.



6. Separate the upper and lower portions from each other. Slide the upper and lower portions off the Lock Rods.

1. Replace the upper and lower portions on the Lock Rods. Slide the upper and lower portions together.



2. Reattach the Handle Assembly to the Lock Module.



3. Reattach the front door inside handle spring to its retainer clip.
4. Install the front door water deflector. Refer to Front Side Door Water Deflector Replacement .
5. Install the front door trim panel. Refer to Door Trim Panel Replacement .
