J 38778 Door Trim Pad and Garnish Clip Remover

1. Remove the seat belt shoulder belt guide loop. Refer to Front Seat Shoulder Belt Guide Adjuster Replacement In Seat Belts.



2. Use the J 38778 to remove the back body pillar trim retainers.

Important: Use care to not break the locating tabs on the quarter trim when removing the back body pillar trim.

3. Remove the back body pillar trim from the vehicle.

1. Install the back body pillar trim by aligning with the locating tabs on the quarter trim.
2. Install the back body pillar trim retainers by aligning the retainers in holes and pushing to secure the retainers.
3. Install the seat belt shoulder belt guide loop. Refer to Front Seat Shoulder Belt Guide Adjuster Replacement in Seat belts.
