Upper Pillar Garnish Molding Replacement for Buick GL7 (Export) 2000

Tools Required

J 38778 Door Trim Pad and Garnish Clip Remover

1. Remove the seat belt shoulder belt guide loop. Refer to Front Seat Shoulder Belt Guide Adjuster Replacement in Seat Belts.



2. Remove the body pillar upper trim panel retainers using the J 38778 .
3. Remove the body pillar upper trim panel from the vehicle.

1. Install the body pillar upper trim panel to the vehicle by aligning the locator tabs.
2. Align the body pillar upper trim panel retainers to the holes and pushing in on the retainers to secure them.
3. Install door opening seals to edge of body pillar upper trim panel.
4. Install the seat belt shoulder belt guide loop. Refer to Front Seat Shoulder Belt Guide Adjuster Replacement in Seat Belts.
