Preliminary Procedures

1. Remove the front bucket seat. Refer to Front Seat Replacement - Bucket .
2. Re-zero the inflatable restraint passenger presence system whenever the seat cushion or any component of the passenger presence system is removed. Refer to Passenger Presence System Rezeroing .

Procedure

1. Remove the screws from the seat back cushion panel (Qty:2).
2. Pull from the bottom edge of the panel to remove.

Tighten
2 N·m (18 lb in)

Head Restraint Assembly

Procedure

Push in the button on the head restraint guides to release the head restraint from the seat.

Head Restraint Guide (Qty: 2)

Procedure

Squeeze the bottom of the guide and push upward to remove.

Seat Back Cushion Cover

Procedure

Remove the hog rings that attach the seat cushion cover to the seat cushion.
