Reflection From Chrome Trim On Instrument Panel - keywords bezel cluster finish glare interior ip ipc mirror

The following diagnosis might be helpful if the vehicle exhibits the symptom(s) described in this PI.

In certain light conditions, some customers may comment on a reflection from the instrument panel chrome trim that runs across the instrument panel.

The chrome strip is part of the instrument panel cluster trim plate bezel. The trim plate bezel is now available with an ebony finish strip. If the reflection is objectionable to the customer replace the instrument panel cluster trim bezel with the ebony finish, P/N 19152533.

Please follow this diagnostic or repair process thoroughly and complete each step. If the condition exhibited is resolved without completing every step, the remaining steps do not need to be performed.
