Removal Procedure
- Remove the wheel bearing/hub (3). Refer to Rear Wheel Bearing and Hub Replacement .
- Remove the backing plate (2) from the knuckle (1).
Important: The backing plate (2) is attached to the knuckle (1) through the wheel bearing hub bolts (4).
Installation Procedure
- Install the backing plate (2) to the knuckle (1).
- Install the wheel bearing/hub (3). Refer to Rear Wheel Bearing and Hub Replacement .
