VEHICLES AFFECTED: All 1984 Models with Optional CB Radio

It is necessary that all customers purchasing vehicles equipped with a CB Radio apply for a CB Radio License to the Department of Communications.

The application form must include the following details which can be found on the receiver, but are difficult to read with the unit installed in the vehicle:
