REAR FASCIA LOWER EDGE NAVY (NEW MOLDING KIT)

SUBJECT: REAR FASCIA LOWER EDGE WAVY (NEW MOULDING KIT)

VEHICLES AFFECTED: 1992-93 "H" MODELS

CONDITION:

--------- Some Of the 1992-93 Buick LeSabre "H" models may exhibit a wavy appearance on the rear fascia lower edge.

CORRECTION:

---------- To correct this condition, a moulding kit, part number 25618403 has been released. The kit includes five (5) parts of three (3) different lengths. The different lengths are necessary due to the retaining tabs on the fascia.

Begin by installing the shortest moulding (125 mm or approximately 5 inches) in the centre of the fascia. On either side of the centre moulding, install the next shortest mouldings (175 mm or approximately 6 7/8 inches) just past the fascia retaining tabs. The remaining mouldings are then installed between the outboard fascia retaining tabs (see illustration).
