  1. Install the supercharger gasket.
  2. Install the supercharger.
  3. Install the spacers, bolts, and stud to the supercharger in the proper locations.
  4. Tighten
    Tighten the stud/bolts to 23 N·m (17 lb ft).

    Notice: Use the correct fastener in the correct location. Replacement fasteners must be the correct part number for that application. Fasteners requiring replacement or fasteners requiring the use of thread locking compound or sealant are identified in the service procedure. Do not use paints, lubricants, or corrosion inhibitors on fasteners or fastener joint surfaces unless specified. These coatings affect fastener torque and joint clamping force and may damage the fastener. Use the correct tightening sequence and specifications when installing fasteners in order to avoid damage to parts and systems.

  5. Install the TBI and gasket.
  6. Install the TBI nuts.
  7. Tighten
    Tighten the TBI nuts to 10 N·m (89 lb in).

  8. Install the MAP sensor bracket.
  9. Install the MAP sensor bracket bolts.
  10. Tighten
    Tighten the MAP sensor bracket bolts to 30 N·m (22 lb ft).

  11. Install the engine wiring harness shield.
  12. Install the engine wiring harness shield and nut
  13. Tighten
    Tighten the engine wiring harness shield bolt and nut to 10 N·m (89 lb in).

  14. Install the vacuum block.
  15. Install the vacuum block bolts.
  16. Tighten
    Tighten the vacuum block bolts to 10 N·m (89 lb in).

  17. Install the boost solenoid.
  18. Install the boost solenoid bolts.
  19. Tighten
    Tighten the boost solenoid bolts to 26 N·m (19 lb ft).

  20. Install the regulator valve and harness bolt.
  21. Install the booster bypass.
  22. Install the booster bypass nut.
  23. Tighten
    Tighten the booster bypass nut to 10 N·m (89 lb in).

  24. Install the fuel rail.
  25. Install the fuel rail nuts and stud.
  26. Tighten
    Tighten the fuel rail nuts and stud to 10 N·m (89 lb in).

  27. Install the vacuum line from the fuel rail.
