  1. Disconnect the IP compartment lamp switch connector.
  2. Connect a fused jumper from the IP compartment lamp switch connector cavity B (DK BLU/WHT) to ground.

Does the IP compartment lamp turn on?

Inspect CKT 1250 (BLK) for an open. Refer to Testing for Continuity in Wiring Systems.

Was an open found?

Go to Step 4

Repair the open in CKT 1250 (BLK). Refer to Wiring Repairs in Wiring Systems.

Is the circuit repair complete?

Replace the IP compartment lamp switch.

Is the IP compartment lamp switch replacement complete?

Inspect CKT 1732 (ORN) for an open between S254 and the IP compartment lamp. Refer to Testing for Continuity in Wiring Systems.

Was an open found?

Go to Step 7

Repair the open in CKT 1732 (ORN). Refer to Wiring Repairs in Wiring Systems.

Is the circuit repair complete?

Inspect CKT 148 (DK BLU/WHT) for an open. Refer to Testing for Continuity in Wiring Systems.

Was an open found?

Is the circuit repair complete?
