Removal Procedure
  1. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle in General Information.
  2. Support the engine assembly with a suitable jack.

    3. Object Number: 642913 Size: SH
  3. Remove the nut securing the engine mount to the engine mount bracket.
  4. Lower the jack allowing the engine to lower slightly.

    5. Object Number: 642915 Size: SH
  5. Remove the bolt (4) securing the mount to the frame.
  6. Remove the two nuts (2) securing the mount to the frame.
  7. Remove the mount (3).

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 642915 Size: SH
  1. Install the mount (3).
  2. Install the mount attaching bolt (4) and nut (1) to the frame.
  3. Install the two nuts (2) securing the mount to the frame.

    4. Tighten
    Tighten the nuts (1,2) to 70 N·m (52 lb ft).

  4. Raise the engine into position.

  5. Install the nut to the mount and mount bracket.

    6. Tighten
    Tighten the mount nut to 80 N·m (59 lb ft).

  6. Remove the engine support jack.
  7. Lower the vehicle.
