This vehicle uses a CB-series power steering pump. The pump is a vane-type positive displacement pump with an integral fluid reservoir. A pressure relief valve limits maximum system pressure. The pressure relief valve is located inside of the flow control valve in the pump housing. Do not service the relief valve separately. The engine drives the power steering pump by an automatically tensioned drive belt.
