Did you perform the Instrument Cluster Diagnostic System Check?

Go to Diagnostic System Check - Instrument Cluster

1. Install a scan tool.
2. Start the engine.
3. With a scan tool, observe the Battery Voltage parameter in the Instrument Panel Cluster data list.

Does the voltage measure within the normal operating range?

10 V-15 V

Go to Step 3

Go to Charging System Test in Engine Electrical

With a scan tool, observe the Battery Save Active parameter in the Dash Integration Module data list.

Does the scan tool indicate that the battery save function is active?

Go to Charging System Test in Engine Electrical

Go to Step 4

Replace the instrument panel cluster. Refer to Instrument Cluster Replacement .
