Did you perform the Instrument Cluster Diagnostic System Check?

Go to Step 2

Go to Diagnostic System Check - Instrument Cluster

1. Install a scan tool.
2. Start the engine.
3. With a scan tool, observe the Volts parameter in the Instrument Panel Cluster data list.

Does the voltage measure greater than the specified value?

9.5 V

Go to Step 3

Go to Charging System Test in Engine Electrical

1. Turn OFF the ignition.
2. Turn ON the ignition, with the engine OFF.

Does the battery charge indicator illuminate for 5 seconds during bulb check?

Go to Step 4

Replace the instrument panel cluster. Refer to Instrument Cluster Replacement .
