Condition
Some customers may comment that the driver and/or passenger front seat cushions have hard edges that can be felt when exiting the vehicle or hard spots that can be felt when road conditions are not smooth.
Cause
This condition may be due to the front seat cushions not having sufficient foam density.
Correction
A new driver and passenger front seat cushion pad assembly is now available.
Replace the existing seat cushion pad assembly.
Refer to the Seat Cushion Trim Cover and Pad Replacement procedures in the Seats sub-section of the Service Manual.
