Makes 🢒 Buick 🢒 2001 🢒 LeSabre 🢒 Steering 🢒 Steering Wheel and Column - Tilt 🢒 Steering Column Trim Covers - Disassemble - Off Vehicle
  1. Check the steering column for accident damage. Refer to Steering Column Accident Damage Inspection - Off Vehicle .

    2. Object Number: 419643 Size: SH
  2. Remove the tilt lever (2) from the trim covers (1).

    3. Object Number: 419645 Size: SH
  3. Remove 2 pan head tapping screws (2) from the lower trim cover (1).
  4. Unsnap the closeout trim cover from the lower trim cover (1).
  5. Remove the lower trim cover (1).

    6. Object Number: 419647 Size: SH
  6. Slide the shift lever seal up the shift lever.
  7. Remove 1 TORX® head screw (3) from the upper trim cover (1).
  8. Remove the upper trim cover (1) with the closeout trim cover (2).

    9. Object Number: 516159 Size: SH
  9. Remove the closeout trim cover (2) from the upper trim cover (1).

    10. Object Number: 324816 Size: SH
  10. Remove the trim cover protector (1) from the lower trim cover (2).
