Condition/Concern:
Some 2000-2005 Buick LeSabres and Pontiac Bonnevilles may experience a door glass that drops into the door or is inoperative or makes a grinding noise when operating.
Recommendation/Instructions:
Remove the door panel and inspect the power window regulator upper tube and pulley holder for cracks or breaks. If the regulator is cracked or broken, replace the regulator with an updated part number listed below.
