The GM Accessory Steering Wheel Kit part numbers 17800581 (Walnut/Cashmere) and 17800580 (Walnut/Titanium) will fit any 2006 Buick Lucerne and provides an upgrade to the interior appearance. These steering wheels come equipped with audio controls, cruise control switches, and a heated steering wheel switch and element. However, due to differences in the vehicle wiring harnesses, the heated steering wheel feature will not function on 2006 Model Year vehicles. For 2007 Model Year vehicles, the heated steering wheel will only function on vehicles equipped with a factory installed heated steering wheel (RPO NR7). Vehicles without RPO NR7 should have the steering wheel controls removed from the original steering wheel and installed onto the replacement steering wheel.
