Fuel Level Sensor Wiring Harness Replacement RPO NT7

1. Remove the fuel tank. Refer to Fuel Tank Replacement .
2. Disconnect the fuel level sensor wiring harness electrical connectors from the pressure sensor and module.
3. Remove the fuel level sensor wiring harness.

1. Install the fuel level sensor wiring harness.
2. Connect the fuel level sensor wiring harness electrical connectors to the pressure sensor and module.
3. Install the fuel tank. Refer to Fuel Tank Replacement .

Fuel Level Sensor Wiring Harness Replacement RPO NU6

1. Remove the fuel tank. Refer to Fuel Tank Replacement .
2. Cut the tape (1 and 2) securing the fuel tank vent line to the fuel feed line.
3. Remove the retainer (3) from the vent and fuel feed lines.



4. Disconnect the fuel feed line quick connect fitting from the module. Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service .
5. Remove the fuel feed line.



6. Disconnect the fuel tank vent line quick connect fittings from the module. Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service .
7. Remove the fuel tank vent lines.



8. Disconnect the fuel tank electrical harness connector from the module.
9. Remove the electrical harness from the retaining features on the fuel tank.
10. Remove the electrical harness.

1. Install the electrical harness.
2. Connect the fuel tank electrical harness connector to the module.
3. Install the electrical harness to the retaining features on the fuel tank.



4. Install the fuel tank vent lines.
5. Connect the fuel tank vent line quick connect fittings to the module. Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service .



6. Install the fuel feed line.
7. Connect the fuel feed line quick connect fitting to the module. Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service .



8. Install the retainer (3) to the vent and fuel feed lines.
9. Install tape (1 and 2) to the fuel tank vent and fuel feed line in order to secure the lines.
10. Install the fuel tank. Refer to Fuel Tank Replacement .
