1. Remove the HVAC module assembly. Refer to HVAC Module Assembly Replacement
2. Remove the heater core. Refer to Heater Core Replacement
3. Remove the thermal expansion valve. Refer to Thermal Expansion Valve Replacement
4. Remove the air inlet housing assembly. Refer to Air Inlet Assembly Replacement
