Preliminary Procedure

Note: Drain only the fluid from the coolant recovery reservoir

1. Drain the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling
2. Remove the coolant recovery reservoir hose. Refer to Coolant Recovery Reservoir Hose Replacement

Push Pin Retainer

Note: Install retainer in sequence shown in graphic.

Coolant Recovery Reservoir Nut (Qty: 2)

Note: Tighten nuts in sequence shown in graphic.

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

Tighten
Tighten the bolt to 9 N·m (53 lb in).
