Fuel Tank Pressure Sensor Replacement NT7, NU5

1. Remove the rear compartment liner. Refer to Rear Compartment Trim Panel Replacement.
2. Remove the fuel sender access hole cover bolts.
3. Remove the fuel sender access hole cover.



4. Disconnect the fuel level sensor wiring harness electrical connector (1) fuel tank pressure sensor.
5. Remove the fuel tank pressure sensor and seal assembly.

1. Install the fuel tank pressure sensor and seal assembly.
2. Connect the fuel level sensor wiring harness electrical connector (1) to the fuel tank pressure sensor.



3. Place the fuel sender access hole cover into position.

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

4. Install the fuel sender access hole cover bolts and tighten to 2 N·m (18 lb in).
5. Install the rear compartment liner. Refer to Rear Compartment Trim Panel Replacement.

Fuel Tank Pressure Sensor Replacement NU6

1. Raise and suitably support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle.
2. Disconnect the fuel tank wiring harness electrical connector (2) from the fuel tank pressure sensor.
3. Remove the fuel tank pressure sensor and seal assembly (1).

1. Install the fuel tank pressure sensor and seal assembly (1).
2. Connect the fuel tank wiring harness electrical connector (2) to the fuel tank pressure sensor.
3. Lower the vehicle.
