  1. Disconnect the secondary injection pump feed tube at the shutoff valve. Refer to Secondary Air Injection Feed Tube Replacement
  2. Remove the exhaust crossover pipe. Refer to Exhaust Crossover Pipe Replacement

Secondary Air Injection Shutoff Valve Fastener (Qty: 3)

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

Tighten
50 N·m(37 lb ft).

Secondary Air Injection Shutoff Valve Fastener (Qty: 2)

Tighten
10 N·m(89 lb in)

Procedure

Disconnect the electrical connector.
