Program Digital Home SID - NID | Select SID (Station ID) and NID (Network Interface Device) per your location. |
Program Phone Number | CIM provides mobile ID # and mobile directory # for this vehicle. Use arrow keys to change the phone # if necessary. |
Red LED | The CIM illuminates the red LED on the inside rearview mirror when ON is selected. |
Set Language | Pick an option between 3 different languages: English, French Canadian, and Spanish. |
CIM Setup | Screen displays: Move the vehicle to an open, outside area and make sure the vehicle is running. Following this CIM setup procedure, a call will automatically be made to the OnStar Call Center. Inform the Call Center advisor that a new CIM has been installed. Have the STID and ESN from the new CIM ready to provide to the advisor. Refer to Communication Interface Module Programming and Setup. |
